About the job
Design, launch, and operate Anthropic’s global corporate mobile device program, including device management, configuration, logistics, security, and lifecycle automation.
What you'll do
- Define the corporate mobile program and manage global hardware procurement, regional logistics, spares, and refresh cycles.
- Build mobile configuration-as-code, zero-touch enrollment, fleet telemetry, compliance, and managed app distribution.
- Partner with Corporate Security on device posture and define how corporate-issued devices coexist with BYOD.
What they ask for
- 8+ years managing corporate fleets at thousands-of-devices scale, including end-to-end ownership of a global or multi-region mobile device program.
- Deep iOS device management knowledge, including Apple Business Manager, ADE, APNs and certificate lifecycle, and declarative device management; working knowledge of Android device management.
- Experience running MDM infrastructure, including self-hosted servers, AWS, Terraform, and configuration shipped as code.
- Technical skills in Python and shell scripting, mobile platform internals, MDM/UEM, fleet-scale device-state queries, lifecycle automation, GitOps and CI, and endpoint security.
Nice to have
- Managed ChromeOS alongside a mobile fleet or built automated progressive rollouts gated on telemetry.
- Proficiency in Swift, or experience using LLMs to automate operational work.

$285,000 — $325,000 USD annual base salary
