About the job
Leads physical security delivery for data center campuses from construction through commissioning, acceptance, and handover to operations.
What you'll do
- Manage construction-phase security across concurrent sites, coordinating contractors, integrators, and site teams.
- Set and run milestone and commissioning acceptance, verify operator readiness, and issue or withhold security sign-off.
- Own turnover documentation and handover, and revise security requirements and delivery processes based on field experience.

- Personally delivered physical security scope on new-build data center or comparable critical-infrastructure projects from design reviews through construction, commissioning, and operational turnover.
- Run milestone or commissioning acceptance processes, including FAT/SAT, punch lists, turnover documentation, and formal sign-off.
- Hold an operator, landlord, or vendor accountable to contractual security obligations using evidence.
- Author adopted requirements, standards, and process documents; work through influence with contractors, integrators, operators, and internal partners.

USD 290,000–365,000 annual base salary
