Leads hands-on technical instruction for Anthropic programs while developing instructors and improving teaching quality and consistency.
What you'll do
- Teach technical programs in person in New York and remotely, adapting sessions for different audiences and skill levels.
- Run instructor training, observe and coach instructors, and assess readiness to teach.
- Partner with technical experts to develop and improve lessons, labs, and demonstrations; use learner and instructor data to recommend improvements.
