What you'll do
- Hire, manage, and develop Solutions Architects; set team performance goals and scale team processes.
- Advise strategic customers on AI adoption, use-case scoping, and deployment, and partner with sales to drive product adoption.
- Coordinate customer feedback with product and engineering teams, and represent Anthropic at customer engagements and industry events.
