Leads and develops a customer-facing engineering team that helps Anthropic’s largest strategic accounts design, build, evaluate, and deploy production Claude applications.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, staff, and set performance goals for Applied AI Engineers working in account-aligned pods.
- Advise customer technical leaders and lead hands-on work from discovery and architecture through production deployment.
- Create reusable technical assets and relay account requirements to Product and Research.
