What you'll do
- Set team priorities, build partnerships across functions, and lead managers and program managers.
- Run and scale commercialization, escalations, and marketplace operations; incubate new programs and transition them to long-term owners.
- Define program success metrics, report results to Product leadership, and coach direct reports.
