About the job
Build and scale a train-the-trainer program that enables nonprofit and education intermediaries to onboard organizations and deliver Claude training to Anthropic’s quality standards.
What you'll do
- Own the program’s curriculum, qualification tracks, credentials, recertification, training kits, and content refresh process.
- Recruit and enable intermediary trainers; build peer-learning structures and support Claude Corps enablement.
- Track activations, trainer qualification, delivery quality, and Anthropic effort, and feed field insights into content and product feedback.
