About the job
Owns end-to-end procurement operations for technology purchases, ensuring software buying, vendor reviews, purchase orders, and accounting records are accurate and timely.
What you'll do
- Manage high-volume technology purchase requests, renewals, security and legal reviews, and purchase orders.
- Ensure accurate spend coding, open PO reconciliation, month-end accrual review, and invoice resolution.
- Improve procurement guidance and workflows, including appropriate use of Claude and AI automation.
