Own and improve how people adopt Claude for everyday work, from first use through habitual individual and team adoption.
What you'll do
- Diagnose growth barriers using data, research, and product use; set the vision and roadmap with cross-functional partners.
- Redesign onboarding and core workflows, and run experiments to improve activation, retention, engagement, and expansion.
- Deliver crafted product experiences, prototype with AI tools, align partner teams, and mentor designers.
