Recruit the Communications team’s talent, managing searches from intake through offer and advising leaders on talent availability, costs, and hiring strategy.
What you'll do
- Own recruiting searches for Communications and potentially support Brand and Marketing hiring as the team grows.
- Find and engage passive candidates, and run a high-touch process that helps hiring managers make timely decisions.
- Use hiring data to make recommendations and advise leaders, including on executive and confidential searches.
