About the job
Develop biological safety evaluations, datasets, and classifiers to assess and safeguard AI models’ handling of biological knowledge.
What you'll do
- Design and run biological capability evaluations and translate findings into deployment recommendations.
- Create datasets and train, tune, and stress-test safety classifiers for adversarial robustness and low false-positive rates.
- Build evaluation tools and pipelines, analyze performance on production traffic, and collaborate across research, product, and policy.
