Trains Anthropic’s global sales team to use Claude effectively and position its products credibly with technical and business customers.
What you'll do
- Own product enablement across launches, existing capabilities, and the roadmap; build seller training and certification programs.
- Create demos, technical talk tracks, solution guides, and competitive positioning materials for customer conversations.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI on launch readiness and relay field and customer feedback.

- Experience building AI automations into sales workflows and tooling; regular hands-on use of AI assistants and agentic tools.
- Working technical knowledge of LLM products, including prompting, context, tool use, and APIs, sufficient to demo and answer technical questions.

Pay
$190,000 — $270,000 USD OTE (includes base salary and target sales commissions/bonuses)
