Validates, standardizes, and deploys physical security technology across Anthropic’s global offices, ensuring platforms are tested, integrated, documented, and ready to scale.
What you'll do
- Deploy and validate security platforms, hardware, integrations, and configurations, including access control, video, intercom, visitor management, and AI/analytics tools.
- Define deployment standards, configuration baselines, playbooks, and documentation for repeatable installations.
- Coordinate application onboarding, SSO and InfoSec reviews, infrastructure prerequisites, monitoring, and operational handoffs.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying, validating, and managing enterprise physical security technology across a large or rapidly growing organization.
- Experience deploying security technology across 50 or more sites, or in a high-growth environment where deployment velocity and repeatability were essential.
- Experience building standardized deployment processes and working across InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Identity Management teams.
- Experience with IP networking, VLANs, PoE, and infrastructure requirements for security devices.
Nice to have
- Experience with Genetec Security Center, Axis cameras, Wavelynx, Commend Symphony Cloud, Alcatraz.ai, Ambient.ai, SureView, or Envoy.
- Relevant certifications, or experience with automation, monitoring, compliance, or physical security technologies and protocols.
Pay
$180,000 — $230,000 USD (base salary)
