Own finance integration for acquisitions from LOI through post-close, manage legal entity setup and wind-down, and build repeatable playbooks and processes.
What you'll do
- Scope and run finance integration plans, Day 1 readiness, and post-close execution across deal workstreams.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of acquired and newly formed legal entities, including setup, migration, and wind-down.
- Maintain integration playbooks and templates, and implement tooling and automation for recurring program work.

- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least two finance integration or entity setup projects, including project plans and executive reporting.
- Working accounting fluency in close processes, chart of accounts, intercompany, statutory reporting, purchase accounting fundamentals, and common deal structures.

- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) in an acquisition and migration context.

$190,000 — $230,000 USD (base salary)
