About the job
Owns change delivery across partner-facing systems by gathering requirements, leading UAT, publishing release notes, and administering Salesforce in production.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery, write requirements, prioritize the backlog, and coordinate delivery with systems and engineering teams.
- Own UAT and release communications, including test planning, defect tracking, sign-off, and production smoke tests.
- Administer Salesforce, triage incidents, monitor integrations, document systems, and identify automation candidates.

$215,000 — $300,000 USD annual base salary
