Operate and improve the production infrastructure and release processes that configure, deploy, and verify Claude safety safeguards across models and platforms.
What you'll do
- Lead safeguard setup and verification for model launches; deploy safety classifiers and validate rollouts.
- Automate launch runbooks and checks into continuous validation and repeatable deployment pipelines; maintain a safeguards provenance registry.
- Participate in on-call and incident response, including investigating discrepancies and preventing configuration drift.
