About the job
Own and operate deployment-platform systems that help Anthropic teams release software and configuration safely, reliably, and at scale.
What you'll do
- Set technical direction and build, operate, and improve deployment systems, including staged rollouts, health-gated promotion, and rollback.
- Develop runtime configuration, feature-flag, infrastructure-as-code, and artifact-distribution capabilities.
- Partner with teams and Security to onboard workloads, respond to incidents, and strengthen production safeguards.
