Build and operate distributed infrastructure and monitoring systems that detect unwanted AI model behavior, prevent misuse, and support safety oversight.
What you'll do
- Lead complex infrastructure projects from scoping through production, including multi-cloud deployments and shared deployment pipelines.
- Build monitoring systems and dashboards for detecting unwanted behavior and enabling automated enforcement or analyst review.
- Design and harden sandboxed agent runtimes; manage platform cost, capacity, observability, and service-level objectives.

Pay
$320,000 — $485,000 USD annual base salary
