Build and maintain frameworks, APIs, and production infrastructure that help research teams run reinforcement-learning environments and improve Claude’s capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design and own widely used environment APIs, frameworks, and platform layers, including the agent runtime.
- Build production tooling for environment owners to monitor, debug, and maintain environments, and prevent silent failures.
- Work directly with research teams, drive adoption of frameworks, and mentor collaborators on engineering standards and practices.
