About the job
Lead the strategy, architecture, and development of configuration and experimentation infrastructure that helps Anthropic teams safely roll out changes, run experiments, and measure impact.
What you'll do
- Own the technical strategy and roadmap for configuration and experimentation infrastructure.
- Design and build scalable distributed infrastructure, shared libraries, platforms, and tooling for configuration and experimentation.
- Set standards and frameworks that help engineers and researchers safely ship changes and improve developer productivity.
