Leads Core Apps product data science, advising product leaders on strategy and managing a team that measures outcomes, evaluates opportunities, and guides product decisions for Claude Code and other products.
What you'll do
- Shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, and data science priorities for Core Apps.
- Manage and develop Product Data Scientists; set success metrics and standards for experimentation and causal inference.
- Lead high-stakes analyses and establish data practices and analytics infrastructure to inform decisions.
