About the job
Helps customers adopt Claude Code and related enterprise products by delivering technical training, supporting rollouts, and relaying customer feedback to product teams.
What you'll do
- Teach customers, partners, and field teams through webinars, workshops, onsite sessions, office hours, and train-the-trainer programs.
- Guide enterprise admins through rollout requirements, including identity, permissions, connectors, spending controls, and data-handling policies.
- Build demos and teaching materials, and report customer issues and feedback to product teams.
