Leads full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical teams, developing sourcing strategies and hiring processes to build Anthropic’s workforce.
What you'll do
- Develop recruiting plans and source qualified candidates; partner with hiring managers on hiring needs, team matching, and qualifications.
- Improve recruiting processes, targeted outreach, and fair hiring practices; coordinate long-term talent strategies across teams.
- Strengthen employer branding and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
