Builds and scales warehouse and logistics capabilities, tools, processes, and partnerships for receiving, tracking, and delivering infrastructure hardware globally.
What you'll do
- Select, implement, and integrate warehouse, inventory, and transport management tools with internal and external systems.
- Develop processes, SOPs, controls, and partnerships to support expansion into new geographies and ensure compliance.
- Track operational metrics and drive continuous improvement in receiving, inventory accuracy, delivery, and freight cost.
What they ask for
- Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse and inventory management systems, plus spreadsheet analysis of inventory and shipment data.
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers, including negotiating service levels and holding vendors accountable.
- Working knowledge of domestic freight (LTL, FTL, and parcel), shipping documentation, and relevant safety and regulatory requirements for IT or electronic equipment.
Nice to have
- Experience with data center or enterprise IT hardware, international freight, customs brokerage, export controls, or secure chain-of-custody programs.
- Experience managing warehouse staff or contract labor, ERP or procurement systems, Agile development, or rapid infrastructure buildouts.

$405,000 — $485,000 USD (annual base salary)
