Provides broad legal support for Antithesis, covering commercial contracts, privacy and compliance, international subsidiaries, internal policies, and general corporate matters.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and customer agreements, advising on deal structure, risk, and negotiation strategy.
- Lead privacy work and advise on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Support international subsidiaries and develop internal policies, templates, playbooks, and approval processes.
