Leads Apex’s procurement organization and sourcing operations to ensure suppliers meet production needs for delivery, cost, quality, and capacity.
What you'll do
- Manage and mentor Global Supply Managers sourcing direct and indirect materials.
- Set sourcing strategies and lead supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, performance management, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, planning, engineering, and quality teams to support material availability, supplier qualification, and production growth.
