About the job
Runs day-to-day deployment and program execution for new satellite factories, coordinating schedules, training, resources, and logistics until sites transition to steady-state production.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain the master schedule across factories, tracking partner timelines and surfacing risks, conflicts, and dependencies.
- Prepare and deploy training teams, coordinate staffing and people logistics, and support factory execution through handoff to dedicated teams.
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Export, HR, Training, partners, and leadership across factory deployments.
