Leads manufacturing strategy and new product introduction for the Comet spacecraft, developing scalable production systems and facilities to move from development builds to high-rate production.
What you'll do
- Drive Comet manufacturing strategy and NPI execution from development through production ramp, including DFM/DFA feedback and production readiness.
- Plan production facilities, workflows, assembly methods, tooling, equipment integration, and automation opportunities.
- Improve manufacturing readiness and processes while coordinating across design, supply chain, production, and engineering teams.
