Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and production roles, partnering with hiring teams to source, assess, and hire candidates.
What you'll do
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and manage recruiting from sourcing through offers.
- Partner with hiring managers, interview panels, and leadership to assess candidates and make hiring decisions.
- Track recruiting data and communications, and improve candidate experience and recruiting processes.
