What you'll do
- Recruit senior and specialized Engineering, Data Science, ML/AI, and Security candidates from intake through accepted offer; develop multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Advise hiring leaders on role scope, leveling, market conditions, interview plans, and hiring decisions using pipeline data.
- Build and measure repeatable AI workflows for sourcing, outreach, screening preparation, and pipeline reporting; lead hiring initiatives and process improvements.
