Lead AI Security Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, test, and deploy AI agents integrated with enterprise security tools and threat intelligence feeds.
• Convert SOC playbooks into agentic pipelines and build production RAG workflows; evaluate and optimize LLM performance.
• Secure LLM systems against risks including prompt injection, data poisoning, and tool abuse, and implement human handoffs.

What they ask for

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 1.5+ years building LLM-powered applications.
• 5+ years programming with Python.
• 2+ years deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus at least 4 years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, OR a related master's degree plus at least 2 years of that experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on multi-agent or orchestration experience with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Production vector database experience; cybersecurity platform integrations; containerized cloud AI deployment; or fine-tuning smaller domain-specific models.

$150,000 — $275,000 USD (base salary)
