- Own technical strategy for strategic accounts and collaborate with Account Executives on sales campaigns.
- Lead customer workshops and design custom technical Proof of Concepts and Proof of Values.
- Direct technical responses and validation, advise on integrations, share customer requirements with product teams, and mentor peers.
