Own technical recruiting across the candidate lifecycle, partnering with senior leaders to attract and hire technical talent and improve hiring processes.
What you'll do
- Develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate engagement, and negotiate and close technical hires.
- Advise senior hiring leaders and use market insights and recruiting data to shape talent pipelines and hiring strategies.
