Develop and qualify precision assembly, inspection, and automation processes and equipment for complex opto-electronics modules, improving manufacturing capability, quality, and efficiency.
What you'll do
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes; contribute to design-for-manufacturability, product engineering, and process engineering.
- Lead supplier and contract manufacturer equipment design reviews, qualification, acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
- Run equipment experiments and statistical analyses, then report machine capability to cross-functional teams.
