AIML - Machine Learning Research

What you'll do

• Design and develop reinforcement-learning technologies, algorithms, and end-user experiences for generative-model post-training.
• Collaborate across research, engineering, and production teams to turn research advances into deployable systems.
• Work across the ML lifecycle, including data collection, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

What they ask for

• 1+ years of ML experience in search, natural language processing/understanding, or conversational AI.
• Experience with LLM post-training, including SFT, RLHF, RLAIF, Reward Modeling, Chain-of-thought, or agentic LLM.
• Hands-on experience building RL pipelines and training agents in simulation or real-world environments.
• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or Machine Learning with a specialty in reinforcement learning, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Publications in machine learning, including natural language processing.
• Strong product intuition and ownership.

Pay

$142,300 and $263,300 (USD, base salary)
