AIML - ML Researcher, AFM

What you'll do

• Develop foundation models and training approaches, including pre-training and mid-training.
• Research reward modeling and reliable model alignment for creative and action-taking tasks.
• Apply deep learning to real-world applications such as voice interactions, natural language processing, and combining learning with knowledge.

What they ask for

• Demonstrated deep learning expertise, with relevant conference publications or a track record applying deep learning techniques to products.
• Proficient in Python and one deep learning toolkit: JAX, PyTorch, or Tensorflow.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• PhD, or equivalent practical experience, in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience building end-to-end voice models and in speech recognition and generation.
• Experience in reinforcement learning, on-policy distillation, or post-training/mid-training large language models; code large language models.

Pay

$150,400 and $225,300 (base salary)
