What you'll do
- Design and validate distribution center layouts and warehouse automation to meet labor, throughput, and lead-time KPIs.
- Own and communicate industrial engineering KPIs and project roadmaps; collaborate with 3PL partners and vendors on process and design improvements.
- Develop benchmarking and cost metrics, evaluate process simulations and equipment, and apply lean principles to improve operations.
