Leads the San Diego AMS Silicon Validation team while contributing hands-on to mixed-signal IP validation from first silicon through production readiness.
What you'll do
- Build and develop the team through technical leadership, coaching, mentoring, and recruitment.
- Personally contribute to validation planning, bring-up, characterization, debug, failure analysis, and validation execution.
- Coordinate cross-site teams and resources to deliver silicon programs, improve validation methods, and manage priorities and schedules.
