- Define reliability strategy and own SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Build, mentor, hire, and manage the SRE team while partnering across product and platform teams.
- Oversee production operations, including on-call and incident management, and promote automation and resilient systems.
