Leads a team while contributing hands-on to front-end SoC IP DMA design, from microarchitecture and RTL through verification strategy, debug, and delivery planning.
What you'll do
- Guide microarchitecture and RTL work, provide technical direction and reviews, and ensure silicon-ready design quality.
- Plan and track project scope, estimates, schedules, resources, milestones, and risks with cross-functional teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers while advancing design infrastructure, automation, and strategic use of AI and emerging tools.
