Maintains, troubleshoots, and optimizes building automation and control systems across Apple facilities to support reliable, safe, and efficient building operations.
What you'll do
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize BMS for HVAC, chiller plants, lighting, energy management, and related infrastructure.
- Program and troubleshoot DDC controllers and field devices; diagnose alarms and system faults and document corrective actions.
- Support preventive maintenance, commissioning, performance analysis, documentation, and an after-hours on-call rotation.

- Working knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems, chiller plant operations, and air-side/water-side control sequences.
- Experience with DDC programming, BACnet/IP, and Modbus.

Nice to have
- Associate's degree or technical certification in HVAC, controls, electrical, or a related field; Niagara 4 certification (Tridium).
- Experience with energy management and analytics platforms, BMS networking, or OSHA 10/OSHA 30 certification.
