Business Insights Analyst, Apple Store Online Operations

What you'll do

• Define and govern operational KPIs and metrics with business stakeholders, supporting consistent reporting and accountability.
• Analyze trends, anomalies, root causes, and forecasting signals; communicate findings through clear narratives and self-serve dashboards.
• Define data requirements and collaborate with Data Engineering on data models, reporting infrastructure, data quality, and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong business acumen and quantitative skills, including structured problem solving, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience contributing to KPI and metrics development, including defining and validating metrics with business partners.
• Strong SQL proficiency and working experience with Python or equivalent scripting; ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with KPI frameworks such as OKRs or operational scorecards, and cloud-based data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake.
• Experience with workforce, digital, or retail operations analytics; data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker; or interest in AI-enabled analytics.
