About the job
Develop and support electromagnetic simulation methodologies and CAD flows for RFIC, package, interposer, and multi-die designs.
What you'll do
- Maintain and support electromagnetic Finite-Element 3D and Method-of-Moments solvers.
- Automate and own the SOC electromagnetic analysis CAD flow.
- Collaborate with design groups, EDA vendors, and foundries on post-layout electromagnetic requirements, tool qualification, debugging, and enhancements.
