CAD Flow Automation and AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Maintain and improve automation systems used for analysis and QA, along with AI applications supporting CAD and design teams.
• Drive innovation through frontier technology projects and proof-of-concepts.
• Gather requirements, create specifications and project plans, and coordinate cross-functional implementation and continuous improvement.

• BS degree and 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of GenAI models such as GPT and BERT and real-world applications such as chatbots and NLP.
• Software engineering experience focused on modular, object-oriented design, and familiarity with industry-standard development processes.
• Programming skills and hands-on experience in Python, Java, or C++.

Nice to have

• Hands-on AI application development; experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems; experience with Gemini or Claude.
• Experience with Splunk, Perforce, or Git.

Pay

$184,700 and $324,800 (base salary)
