Verifies CPU design functionality by developing test plans, tests, coverage monitors, checkers, and transactors in collaboration with architecture and RTL teams.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with architecture and RTL designers to verify functional correctness.
- Develop test plans and test environments, and create tests in assembly, C, or vectors.
- Build coverage monitors, analyze coverage, and develop checkers and SystemVerilog- or C-based transactors.
