Verify the functional correctness of a CPU design area by developing test plans, tests, coverage, and verification components in collaboration with architecture and RTL teams.
What you'll do
- Work with architecture and RTL designers to verify functional correctness.
- Develop test plans, test environments, assembly/C/vector tests, coverage monitors, and analyze coverage.
- Develop checkers and SystemVerilog- or C-based transactors.
