About the job
Verify CPU design-for-test (DFT) logic and support chip validation and silicon bring-up.
What you'll do
- Execute DFT test plans; develop testbenches and tests, coverage monitors, and Verilog checkers or assertions.
- Debug simulation failures and analyze coverage to verify planned test cases are covered.
- Collaborate with architecture, RTL and DFT designers, and the silicon bring-up team to develop verification and bring-up tests.
