Verifies CPU design-for-test (DFT) logic and develops tests, checkers, and coverage analyses to support chip verification and silicon bringup.
What you'll do
- Execute DFT test plans; develop testbenches and tests, and debug simulation failures.
- Create coverage monitors and Verilog checkers or assertions to verify designs.
- Collaborate with architecture, RTL, DFT, and silicon bringup teams to verify DFT functionality and develop bringup tests.

- Experience in DFT design, DFT verification, or processor verification.
- Experience with digital logic design, test/debug features, or DFT architecture.
- Knowledge of DFT and structural debug concepts and methodologies, including JTAG, IEEE1500, or MBIST and scan.
