Verifies CPU design-for-test (DFT) logic through test planning, test development, simulation debugging, coverage analysis, and collaboration on silicon bring-up tests.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with architecture, RTL, and DFT designers to verify DFT logic and execute test plans.
- Develop testbenches, tests, coverage monitors, Verilog checkers, and assertions; debug simulation failures and analyze coverage.
- Work with the silicon bring-up team to develop tests supporting silicon bring-up.
