Performs physical design, integration, and verification for high-performance, low-power CPUs, driving chip-level implementation and signoff through tapeout.
What you'll do
- Own full-chip floorplanning, place and route, layout database construction, and physical verification.
- Develop and validate the power grid; perform routability, EM/IR, and electrical analyses.
- Coordinate with implementation, CAD, and SoC teams on design methodologies, delivery requirements, and tapeout signoff.
